Profile

Simon is arguably the unsung hero of the team. Week after week he bowls tightly, swinging the ball and putting the batsmen under pressure. Simon has a hit list of wickets which include all the big names of the Leeds West Riding League. Simon never has a bad word to say about anyone, well infact, he doesn't say very much. Although we would like it if he appealed a bit more when he raps the pads, so much so that he now has a pint bought for every appeal he makes. Simon's finest hour with the blade came at Garforth PCCC, when walking into bat at number 11 after the proper batsmen had failed miserably, he majestically hit 6 fours in the final overs, which turned out to be the match winning runs.
