Piggott is arguably Fairburn's most destructive batsman, a quick left-arm bowler, and possess' fielding capabilities that good, the ECB Schofield Report has ear-marked him to become England's official 12th man fielder. Despite only recently turning 21, Piggott has Fairburn's record individual innings of 201(retired out), a 2007 batting average in the 80s and the proud record of once smashing 56 runs in 11 balls. A good start to 2008 should make him a household name in the recently joined Pontefract Cricket League
